As a Senior Consultant it the Cyber Vendor team, Dylan specialises in sourcing top talent for GTM roles in the EMEA region, with a focus on building out high-performing sales teams for early-stage cyber vendors.
With extensive experience in recruitment and cyber sales, he focusses on matching the best account managers/executives, BDR’s/BDM’s, and senior sales candidates with the most innovative and exciting companies on the market.
Outside of work, you can find him watching Chelsea play, taking muddy walks with Buster the dog and spending time with his three sons, Finley, Zac and Teddy.
