​With eight years of experience in SaaS and GTM recruitment, Max brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Trident.

Specialising in the GTM and Executive spaces, Max partners with early-stage cyber vendors in the USA to build out high-performing teams. By recruiting for Sales (Direct and Channel), Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Marketing roles, he is playing a pivotal role in building out our capabilities stateside.

Max is passionate about being at the forefront of emerging technology and is motivated by watching the people he places make a significant impact within their organisation.

Outside of work, he’s a proud dad to a boisterous one-year old, and in true dad fashion enjoys a good weekend BBQ, as well as running, travel and football.
