Position Overview:
As a Lead/Senior User Experience (UX) Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences for our specialized Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity domain and translate user needs into innovative design solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend Product Requirements Documents, user needs, and technical specifications.
  • Lead the UX design process for our flagship product, from user research and concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and coherence across all product experiences.
  • Provide engineers with precise specifications and collaborate to ensure that implementation meets all design requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, design tools, and UX trends to continually enhance our design process and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Solid knowledge of major design systems (Material Design, Human Interface Design, etc.).
  • Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of key principles in typography, color theory, user research, accessibility, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to work on complex products for highly specialized professionals.
  • Proven experience leading design projects and working effectively in a cross-functional, agile environment.
  • Preferred experience in designing complex web applications, mobile apps, or digital platforms, including the creation of proprietary design systems.
