In this crucial role, you'll play a central part in driving the company's success. You'll leverage your technical expertise to support the sales team, crafting winning solutions for clients and ensuring a smooth transition for new users.

What You'll Do
- Become a product guru, the internal expert on our client's game-changing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into winning technical presentations and demos.
- Partner with R&D to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Provide valuable technical guidance and best practices to clients, maximizing the effectiveness of our client's tools.
- Contribute to the sales cycle by crafting compelling proposals and technical documentation.
- Champion customer feedback, identifying areas for product improvement.
- A seasoned technical sales or pre-sales professional (5+ years) with an ideal background in cybersecurity – specifically threat intelligence and network security.
- A technician with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- A master communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- A resilient and positive team player who thrives under pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally is a must.
- Security clearance eligibility (details withheld) is required.
- Experience with Linux administration (installation, configuration, security, scripting)
- Strong understanding of networking topologies and terminology
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Experience with container technology (Kubernetes) is a plus
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
