As the CEO of Trident Search, Josh leads the company’s growth across our global offices: the London HQ, NYC and The Hague.
Josh’s expertise lies in partnering with the Cyber VC/PE community to head hunt GTM executives into their PortCos. He spends most of his time advising early and growth stage cyber vendors across the USA, conducting talent audits and building talent strategies with the Board.
With nearly a decade of experience and 250+ searches completed, Josh takes great pride in being the go-to career consultant for high-performing cyber professionals in the USA.
Outside of work, you can find Josh chasing his two-year old son around the golf course!
