Director of Technical Advisors - USA

Director of Penetration Testing Remote, East Coast, or Central (US) $200k-$220k base plus bonus and options. The ideal candidate should hold strong technical expertise in penetration testing, with a demonstrated enthusiasm for the field; participation in (CTF) challenges or similar is a plus. Responsibilities: Work with customers and clients, providing detailed knowledge on security threats, trends and attack techniques. Run technical sessions with cyber experts Be the product expert for improving the cyber resilience of customers, identifying revenue opportunities. Manage a team of 10 within the US, including 2 managers. Develop deployment strategies for the platform About you: Penetration Testing Experience Management experience of a geo-diverse team Experience working with clients, and leading technical conversations. Scripting in Bash, Powershell and Python Minimal travel; 2/3 times per quarter for conferences and client meetings.
