Your Role: 
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategies to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. You will focus on scaling demand generation efforts, boosting inbound traffic, and optimising lifecycle marketing to maintain our leadership position in the cybersecurity field. This role provides an opportunity to shape the marketing function, manage a substantial budget, and implement innovative strategies. 

What you will do as Growth Marketing Lead: 
  • Drive qualified leads for the sales team through targeted outbound strategies, including the use of SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns 
  • Increase traffic to the website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, focusing on converting visitors into qualified leads 
  • Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates 
  • Collaborate with the operations team to manage tools and analytics, ensuring comprehensive growth and optimisation across all marketing activities 
  • Build and manage the growth marketing team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle marketing functions 
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns 
  • Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximise ROI across various channels and investment opportunities 
You are a fit for this job because you: 
  • Have 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role within a high-value B2B cyber security environment 
  • Have a proven track record in scaling demand generation efforts within early to mid-stage startups 
  • Are passionate about and possess a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS cybersecurity landscape 
  • Have extensive experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and team development 
  • Are proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing 
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in demand generation or marketing automation are a plus 
  • Excel at analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive growth 
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams 
  • Are a collaborative communicator, able to work effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders 
  • Have experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
