About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of cybersecurity-focused products, ensuring they meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and security standards. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that address the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap
  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cybersecurity-focused products
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity domain
  • Define and prioritise product features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and technological advancements
  • Align the product roadmap with the company’s overall strategy and goals
 
Product Development:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of product development, from concept to launch
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for security products
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and release management

Cybersecurity Expertise:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on cybersecurity within the product management team
  • Ensure that all products comply with the latest cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Work with security teams to integrate robust security measures, such as encryption, authentication, and threat detection, into products
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to inform product decisions
 
Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and refine product offerings.
