The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join the growing team in Italy. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cybersecurity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to provide valuable customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential customers and partners.
Experience Needed:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong technical background with experience in cyber solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and address customer challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and its unique cybersecurity challenges.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
