Biography
A Trident Search Co-Founder, Charlee not only heads the Defence team within the business but is also responsible for all operational activities, maintaining the smooth running of the organisation and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
With a key focus on the UK cyber defence market, he supports MSSP’s and End User clients to build out industry-leading teams and onboard executive hires. Charlee also plays a critical role in the consultancy arm of the business, drawing on his extensive industry experience to support our clients with their talent strategy, and connecting decision makers across the sector through events.
Having started his career as a Submariner, serving for eight years before transitioning into cyber recruitment, he is passionate about fitness and a big advocate for mental health. In his spare time, you can find Charlee out on the river in his rowing-four, or teaching himself to play the saxophone.
