Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts and market a full range of services to prospective clients
• Drive the strategic direction of the practice by actively monitoring industry trends, identifying emerging
• opportunities, and creating new services and solutions that meet market needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management
• frameworks, internal controls, and governance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on risk-related issues.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking to identify clients' key risk exposures.
• Managed a diverse portfolio of audit, risk assessment, control testing, and risk management initiatives

About you:

• Knowledge of and experience advising on general cybersecurity compliance regimes such as NIST, ISO, and
• MITRE ATT&CK, as well as more industry-specific regimes like PCI, HIPAA CMMC
• Proven track record of acquiring, building and developing clients.
• Professional services experience in a client-facing role.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk, consulting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership
• role.
• Ability to manage delivery and client engagements.
• Experience in building and hiring a team.
