Senior Fullstack Developer

Trident Search have partnered with an innovative cybersecurity startup based in Silicon Valley and experiencing rapid expansion. Their SaaS solution is utilised by numerous service providers around the globe. The AI-driven vCISO platform is in high demand, enabling service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to offer top-notch cybersecurity services to their clients.

Position:
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Systems Engineer to join the team and lead the design and implementation of both backend and frontend systems for an advanced cloud-based product. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth integration and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute designs for both backend and frontend systems of our intricate cloud-based product, ensuring integration and performance are top-notch
• Create thorough test suites to verify the functionality and dependability of backend and frontend codebases, guaranteeing reliable performance in all scenarios
• Implement systems on AWS infrastructure using automated deployment tools to streamline and optimise deployment processes for all components
• Collaborate with a diverse group of engineers and customer-focused teams, drawing on various backgrounds and perspectives to drive innovation and achieve excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Over 4 years of programming experience with Node.JS (experience with Java or Python is also acceptable)
• At least 1 year of frontend development experience (experience with React is preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with NoSQL and RDBMS
• Demonstrated ability to learn independently and work autonomously

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch
• Experience with Typescript
• Proficiency in React
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Linux
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS
• A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing your work and problem-solving skills
