Customer Success Manager
UK Based | Fully Remote
  
The Company
Trident Search are partnered with an AI content moderation security vendor that have just secured there latest round of funding in their battle to help organisations moderate their online platforms by stamping out things like harassment and hate speech. They are scaling up there go-to-market team with several hires at the moment and are currently in need of a Customer Success Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for customers, track and report on key success metrics, and support customers deploying the company's suite of features to their fullest potential.
  
Responsibilities
  
● Own and define the customer relationship experience
● Conduct regular account check-ins and quarterly business reviews
● Collect feedback and work with Product and Tech to prioritize customer-requested features.
● Track and prepare customer renewals, identifying upsell opportunities.
● Onboard new customers and manage the onboarding process with client stakeholders.
● Support integration plans and roadmaps, addressing both technical and non-technical needs.
● Train and educate customers on features and compliance tools.
● Advise customers on Trust and Safety best practices
  
Requirements
  
● Strong understanding of content moderation, digital safety, and AI-driven solutions.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Technical proficiency to understand and assist with integration plans and roadmaps.
● Experience in training, educating, and supporting customers to maximize product usage.
● Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in
a SaaS or technology company
